Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data our apps collect, why, and who it's shared with.

1. Who we are

2A Software Developers is an independent developer publishing subscription-based apps. This policy applies to all apps we publish unless a specific app states otherwise.

2. What we collect

Depending on the app, we may collect:

Account data — email address and a unique user ID, via Firebase Authentication, used to sign you in and identify your subscription.
App data — content you create or store within the app, via Firebase (Firestore/Cloud services), needed for the app to function.
Subscription & billing status — whether your subscription is active, its renewal date, and plan type. We do not receive or store your card details.
Basic diagnostic data — crash reports and performance data, used to fix bugs.

3. Payment data

Purchases are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle collects your billing details (name, email, payment method, and any tax information required) directly — we never see or store your full card details. 4. How we use your data

To provide and maintain the app's core functionality
To verify your subscription status and unlock paid features
To respond to support requests
To diagnose and fix technical issues

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Third parties we use

Firebase (Google) — authentication, data storage, and hosting
Paddle.com — payment processing, tax handling, and subscription billing

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

6. Data retention

We retain account and app data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you're in a region with statutory data rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA), those rights apply in full.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
